Looking for my next
opportunity
to turn chaos into execution and roadmaps into reality.

This is me

With 8+ years of experience in software engineering, I have always loved solving complex technical problems. Over time, I realized that my biggest strength is not just building solutions but driving execution, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams. This led me to transition into Technical Program Management (TPM), where I can lead high-impact initiatives that require both technical expertise and strategic execution. My goal is to continue growing in this space, eventually stepping into engineering leadership to scale and optimize technology-driven programs at a global level.

The Beginning: Engineering & Beyond

Like many engineers, I was drawn to problem-solving through technology. At Walmart Global Tech, I developed and implemented scalable pricing solutions, automated workflows, and optimized system performance. I enjoyed tackling complex technical challenges, but I found myself naturally gravitating toward leadership responsibilities beyond just development.

I wasn’t just focused on how to build something—I was deeply involved in why we were building it, who it was for, and how we could execute it more efficiently.

The Shift: Realizing My Strengths in Execution & Strategy

As a Senior Software Engineer, I took on more than just coding tasks. I started leading cross-functional discussions, working closely with Product, UX, and Business teams, and identifying process inefficiencies that slowed down execution.

Over time, I found that I was thriving in:
Aligning Engineering & Product Teams – Ensuring smooth collaboration and shared understanding of technical and business goals.
Driving Execution Strategy – Managing dependencies, identifying risks, and optimizing workflows for efficiency.
Bridging Business & Technology – Ensuring technical solutions align with business impact.
Leading Without Authority – Influencing decisions, improving processes, and driving alignment across teams.

It became clear that my natural skills were exactly what a TPM does—owning execution, aligning stakeholders, and solving cross-functional challenges.

At Walmart Global Tech, I have already taken on TPM-aligned responsibilities, including:
Driving multi-team execution for large-scale technical initiatives.
Partnering with Product Managers to define priorities, roadmaps, and trade-offs.
Managing risk, solving dependencies, and ensuring seamless execution across engineering teams.
Optimizing development workflows to reduce bottlenecks and improve efficiency.

Now, I am actively transitioning into Technical Program Management, where I can leverage my technical background, leadership skills, and execution-driven mindset to scale impact and solve cross-team challenges.
